Learn to create a peaceful environment on the canvas while developing life skills to access calm and clarity anytime, anywhere. Breathe and be present.

Supplies Needed:

- 8x10 Canvas for acrylic paint  

- Small & Medium Paintbrushes  

- 2 Jars of Water  

- Paint Smock or an old shirt  

- Paper Towels or Clean Rags

Optional Supplies:

- Blowdryer (for drying paint)  

- Markers, crayons, colored pencils  

- Business card, cardboard, or chopstick (for the second class)

Yes! You can join for either class or both.

Is this really free?

Yes, Michelle offers these classes as a personal gift to the world—no charge.

- Do I need prior experience?  

No experience is needed! These classes are open to all levels.

- I have background noise—can I still participate?

Yes! You can mute your mic and turn off your video if needed.

- Is this an adult-only class? 

Yes, this class is designed for adults.

- Are there other dates available? 

Not at the moment, except for December 29th, but if you sign up and join the waitlist, you'll get an invite for future classes.
